Optimism for Engineering jobs nationwide
Good news for engineers in Bristol as 37 engineering jobs are retained quelling fears that the weakening economy might see them lost. The Bristol Evening Post has announced that a merger between Bolgar Sykes White and Craddy Pitchers Davidson has solidified the future of 37 jobs. The newly formed organisation is expected to deal with over £40 million worth of civil and structural engineering projects. The co-director at Bolgar Sykes justified the developments saying that despite opinions to the contrary it is a good time to invest. The news comes at the same time as new engineering jobs are on the way from Inverness based Rok as they have announced plans for expansion.
