| An exciting opportunity has arisen within a respected high profile national organisation for an experienced HR Executive to join their established HR team. The successful candidate will be expected to travel within the UK especially to the Midlands, Godalming and Cosham. The post holder will be predominantly responsible for managing HR Operations, managing a team of HR Consultants and HR Assistants. You must have Key accountabilities in many areas including HR Strategy & Policy, Business Performance, Organisational Culture & Change, Employee Relations, Employee Resourcing, Compensation & Benefits and Leadership & People Management. You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and must have a sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. |
