An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large high profile organization for an experienced HR Adviser. Working alongside the HR Business Partners, you'll influence the whole of HR in your respective field and do all you can to add real commercial value. Concentrating on people plans and employee satisfaction, you'll create the sort of initiatives that fulfill business strategy, all the while building close working relationships. With a sound understanding of HR communications, you'll make sure we involve and engage our people at every level, while representing the HR team in meetings, managing HR Change Management requirements and analyzing valuable business management information. In short, you'll be ready for a challenge. Your confidence in employment law and current legislation, not to mention your familiarity with project management, means you'll have no problem providing our HR Business Partners with the support they need. Ideally you'll be CIPD qualified, or at the very least working towards your qualification, and just as committed to your own personal development as to that of the HR team as a whole.
