An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Analyst to join a high profile Financial services organization. The role will be supporting the Programme Manager and HR Director through monitoring and reporting on overall HR programme activities on a day-to-day basis. You will be supporting the assembling and presenting HR Management Information to the Board reporting across a range of HR activities – from HR transformation programme, to the HR scorecard You will be working on the annual reward cycle, including the collation and analysis of external salary benchmarking date, and review of the overall salary and job benchmarking data base. You must have •Some Programme and Project experience gained in an HR environment •Knowledge of financial and management information systems, controls etc •HR knowledge and experience beneficial •Excellent communication skills and the commercial acumen to effectively influence internal HR colleagues, business collaborators, and external contacts Critical skills and behaviors: •Flexible approach to work and able to cope with numerous and varied projects, •An excellent team player, displaying supportive and proactive behaviors, •Strong planning and organisational skills •Good influencing and communication skills •Strong results orientation In return you will be working for a reconsidered national employer of choice and receive an excellent benefits package.
