| My client in Dartford is looking for a Group Financial Accountant. The right candidate will be required to: •Prepare and sign off of the annual financial statements for all Group entities (including interim audit requirements). •Ensure all tax returns and payments are submitted on a timely basis. •Maintain the integrity of the Balance Sheet accounts through regular reconciliations and financial controls. •Manage staff through one to one meetings and appraisals. •Provide business and tax advice. •Assist in any ad hoc due diligence / internal audit work. •Develop and continuously review the Group financial accounting policies to ensure SORP compliance. •Work with Internal Audit to ensure that there are adequate financial and accounting controls to safeguard assets and resources. You must have a full professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA) and have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
