| A Generic Housing Officer is urgently required to cover a busy and growing team. Our client who is a highly regarded social housing organisation seeks an additional Housing Officer with strong estate management experience. With a great team atmosphere and low staff turnover, this really is a Social Housing employer of choice in the Fife area. You will be required to work as part of a small team of Housing Officers and Assistants, managing all issues relating to a housing patch of your own properties. Your role will include: •Visiting tenants and solving tenant related problems. •General estate management and anti social behaviour issues. •Supervising junior staff in the absence of management. •Property allocations and voids management. •Pre and post inspections in conjunction with maintenance department needs. •Rent arrears recovery and allocations. Previous housing experience (2 year +) is a must to cover this secondment. Based in and around the Fife area a vehicle is essential.
