| I am currently recruiting a Sales Ledger Analyst for a 3 month temporary/ongoing contract based in central Southampton. There is a high possibility that this role will be extended until October 2008. You will be responsible for the following:- •Review, reconciliation, investigation of individual ledgers •Recovery of outstanding dues •Generation of recommended refund transactions to Customers •Resolving customer statement queries •Involvement with resolution of issues both internally & externally •Recommendations for actions of unallocated cash •Spreadsheet tracking accounts status & unallocated cash •Travel to Regional Offices & customers will be required , possibly working away for set short periods You will have strong reconciliations and sales ledger experience. You will be highly numerate, a team player and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Badenoch & Clark is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. |
