An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Learning & development professional in a Public Sector/Not for Profit organization in Bournemouth/Poole. This is a 6 month fixed term contract on either a full or part time basis and will involve strategic workforce planning and corporate planning. The post will require the implementation of new L&D initiatives across the organization and will include the design of workforce development programmes. The ideal candidate will be a strong L&D proffesional with experience in strategic development. You will have a proven background in L&D with CIPD or equivalent.
