| Job Description: Overview A local authority in the Kirkintilloch area of Glasgow is looking to take on a maintenance administrator for a busy housing department. The job will be ongoing and there may be long term opportunities if that would suit you. Job Description You will be dealing with tenants on a daily basis who will be calling into the maintenance area of the housing department regarding repair enquires on their properties. Your responsibility will be to take all the details of the work required and pass these on to the relevant teams in the department. You will be expected to have the following; •Experience of customer service ideally over the phone or handling complaints. •Some understanding of social housing. •Good administrative skills.
