| I am seeking a qualified Financial Controller who possesses excellent communication skills and comes from a manufacturing background with either CIMA or ACCA qualification. My client is a growing organisation, they have opened 3 overseas sites in the last 18 months and have further expansion plans. Specialising in manufacturing products that are 'made to order' they have a turnover of around £40m and a very loyal client base. The successful applicant will have experience in the following areas: Staff management, around 6 / 7 Preparation of annual budgets & rolling forecasts Production of annual, quarterly and monthly accounts In addition the successful applicant will be required to guide assist with the strategic direction of the organisation, some overseas travel will be required, .
