| Lettings Negotiator - Putney Our Client is one of the most respected Estate Agents in the South of England, covering Sales and Lettings. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their busy Lettings department in South West London. Based in Putney and covering surrounding areas, our client has an established, respected and excellent name and reputation for themselves, built up from years of brilliant customer relations. The successful candidate will be meeting and greeting potential tenants, thoroughly registering new applicants, arranging and attending viewings and liaising with landlords and tenants. You'll have some prior experience in estate agency and be able to offer excellent customer service. To be considered for this role, you must be enthusiastic, money motivated and be able to thrive in a busy and fast paced sales environment. You'll be target driven and have a track record of sales success. In return for the right candidate, my client is offering a basic up to £17k + an OTE of £30k, company car, 5 day working week (9am-6pm), pension and additional benefits.
