| My client a division of a large Telecoms organisation are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to look after East London and West London. You will be one of four Senior HR Business Partners and will report directly to HR Manager for the Southern Regions. Key responsibilities: •Develop and implement short and medium term HR strategies to support the regional people plan •Ensure that HR & People management practices/processes are effectively applied in the business •Co-ordinate HR specialist/external services needed to fulfil various clients needs •Establish effective relations with senior Management to provide commercially focused solutions that drive and enhance business performance •Influence and coach Senior Managers to assist in the delivery of their business plans and raise the performance of their teams •Act as coach to share technical expertise with other team members •Lead/Project manage major HR initiatives under guidance You: •Extensive HR experience of working with Senior Managers covering a full generalist HR remit •Proven ability to demonstrate your commercial impact on the business •Excellent leadership and coaching skills •Extensive change management experience •Holistic approach when providing solutions to managers •Experience of working within a large, complex and political organisation •Strong project management skills •Excellent relationship management skills both face to face and virtually •Experience of working with an outsourced HR service model •Knowledge of HR Systems This is an excellent career opportunity to join a complex organisation with excellent development and progression opportunities.
