NETT FARE SPECIALIST REQUIRED FOR LEADING BUSINESS TRAVEL COMPANY BASED IN SOUTH MANCHESTER. My Client is one of the world's leading business travel / corporate travel management companies. YOUR DUTIES AS A NETT FARE SPECIALIST WILL INCLUDE: * Fare quoting complex and round the world itineraries. They will include multi-sectors reservations using a variety of worldwide airline contracts * Maximising profit for the company and ensuring margins are profitable * Manual fare construction for all Nett tickets * Ensuring PNR's (reservations)agree with all contract ruling * Ticketing * Searching for fare saving through creative use of ticketing * Offering advice and guidance on ticket re-issues and refunds ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE: * Working Knowledge of Galileo and preferably Amadeus * Excellent knowledge and understanding of manual fare construction and Nett contracts * A Team player with a keen eye for detail * Customer focussed with excellent organisational skills * IT skills essential * Fares & Ticketing 1 & 2 would be an advantage THE PACKAGE: * Competitive salary package including basic and very good benefits * Your working week will be Monday to Friday a rota between 0830 – 1800 * Opportunities for internal progression and training available * Working for a world renown company in a friendly office with company incentives along the way.
