| Overall Purpose of the Job: Our client requires a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day to day activities on shift within the Warehouse operation, to ensure stock is controlled to internal procedures and that customers product is delivered on time. Main Responsibilities: To work alongside other departments so as to ensure that stock is delivered on time, to the required customer, supplier and business standards and within the agreed procedures i.e. Health and Safety. Main Duties: Review daily cases count and produce delivery plan. Ensure departure times on despatch are in line with daily targets. Ensure all inbound product, crates, pallets and returns are booked in correctly. Ensure all outgoing goods are scanned or recorded. Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and reported at the end of shift. Manage daily KPIs set out by manager. Supply daily list to production of stock requirments. Ensure rosters are reviewed on a daily basis. Ensure health and safety, and hygiene reviews take place daily. Managing a team of people on shift patterns, to performance targets and stock picks procedures. Ensure that all customer orders are picked and delivered.
