The Role Initially all successful candidates will receive excellent training and personal development to ensure that they generate more income than their competitors and that, on joining their business, a new starter can expect to get up and running and start billing more quickly than elsewhere. As a Recruitment Consultant you will start by developing business through telephone canvassing and marketing initiatives. You will assess candidate’s suitability through thorough pre-screening, interviewing and testing and offer careers advice when appropriate. You will attend client meetings and build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching targets in a highly sales orientated and target driven environment. Incentives & Bonuses It is no secret that commission is a large part of a recruitment consultant’s package. Our clients run a highly competitive and achievable commission structure which is totally uncapped, (so earnings are unlimited), and payable from day one. Depending on which area of the business you join, your package may also include a quarterly bonus element. Additional incentives include being flown by private jet to Monte Carlo for a weekend spent luxuriating on private yachts, partying in the most exclusive restaurants and clubs and staying at the world famous Hotel de Paris. In addition, each high earner will be given a Rolex as a lasting symbol of their achievement. In addition to this, our client runs a number of team and divisional level incentives including The Champions League and Club 125. Lunches at exclusive restaurants, cash prizes and trips away are all regularly on offer, with holidays being won to Barbados, the Amalfi Coast, New York, Iceland and Lisbon in the last 6 months alone. The Requirements Our clients are looking for candidates who are fluent in either Flemish or German with a good knowledge of English. As our clients are looking for individuals who will progress within their company we are seeking individuals who are tenacious, out going, confident, money motivated and driven.
