| Job Description: Overview One of Scotland's largest housing provider requires an experienced Maintenance Officer, responsible for providing efficient and effective day to day repairs service to all the Association's properties, including traditional rented schemes, leased properties and factored properties. This opportunity will be based in Fife and is for 17 hours a week. Job Description Roles include pre and post inspections, voids, dealing with customers, complaints and providing reports in line with relevant policies and procedures. You must at all times carry out duties to a professional standard and uphold the highest standard of customer care. •Day to day repairs for all the association properties. •Termination and void inspections. •Customer queries. •Assist and monitor contractor's performance. •Provide cover in related areas across the association. Candidate / Rewards You must have experience of working directly with tenants and contractors alike. It is essential that you have a good IT background and are comfortable using Word and Excel on daily basis.
