| An opportunity exists for a long-term assignment within a leading financial institution for an Integration Manager. The Manager will be pivotal to the integration of a recent acquisition and to ensure finance processes are aligned with those of existing businesses. The challenge of this role will be to align processes of two business into one Wealth Management business. This role is a highly influential one, responsible for the moulding and guiding of stakeholders from both businesses. Job Description: •Primarily the role will be to support the setting up and integration of other business units into the Wealth management business. •Managing the Integration team and tracking it's delivery •Setting up monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes •Ensuring that these are implemented robustly across the team •Liaising with senior colleagues and major stakeholders in the UK and Asia •Conducting a review of financial systems and data reconciliation •Ensuring the integrity of the financials of both businesses Essential Skills •A highly self motivated individual •Strong communication and influencing skills •Driven by the achievement of excellence •Team Player •Experience of project work and ability to cope with pressure Technical Skills •Banking knowledge essential •Knowledge of banking systems including Cartesis, Hyperion, INEA and Walker •Qualified Accountant The Integration Manager role will suit a qualified accountant with a proven track record of business and systems implementation.
