Principal Accountabilities * Respond to incoming requests for new services in accordance with the strategy. * Recruit and manage new channel partners. * Develop and maintain a strategy to sell our clients portfolio of services across the UK. * Create and have a sustained growing opportunity pipeline to ensure sales are consistently delivered against targets. * Work closely with the Client Services Executive to ensure new customers are being managed within their expectations and that any opportunities are handled appropriately. * Keep prospects fully aware of the launch of new services and developments within the company * Work with Marketing and Customers Services in order to maximise customer generated referral opportunities. * Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance as and when required by management. * Ensure all monthly KPI targets are met. * Ensure full compliance with all internal processes including accurate and timely maintenance of CRM records.
