| Now is the time to become a Lettings Negotiator. We all know we're going through a credit crunch at the moment and that people aren't buying as many houses now as they were last year. This has created a boom in the rental market. Exploit this growing market and become a Lettings Negotiator. To be successful you need to be an excellent communicator and possess incredible enthusiasm, energy and real get-up-and-go attitude. You need to be money motivated (a successful Lettings Negotiator can earn in excess of £30k in the first year, rising to £45k in the second). You don't need previous Estate Agency experience, though some Sales experience would be helpful. Our client is looking for people to join a number of their offices across London. Salary: -£10k Basic with a guarantee of £17k for first 1st month. -Realistic OTE is £30k in first year, £45k in the second year. -Basic salary increases to between £14.5k and 16.5k in first 6 months -Company car and company phone from day 1. -Various bonus schemes in place for you to earn more Please contact me for further details.
