| Lettings Negotiator position – North West London Experienced Lettings Negotiators needed now. My current client is looking for someone with the right attitude and personality to continue their Lettings career in one of 2 busy Lettings departments (West Hampstead and Belsize Park). With almost 30 year's experience this company have proved to be not only one of the best companies to deal with but also one of the best estate agents to work for. They have recently won an award for customer service (Best Estate Agency of the Year 2007 – 2008 Gold Award, Customer Services) and have also made it into the Sunday Times 100 best small companies to work for. Being a very customer focused company, they are looking for the right sort of people to fit into the team. You will be open and friendly and possess great ambition and a real drive to succeed. You will need at least 6 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator to be successful in your application, you need to be able to hit the ground running. You will be provided with possibly the best commission structure in the business (comm rising up to 25%). The package is: Basic: £10k-13k (depending on experience) OTE: £35-40k Commission: 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% (Rises at £50k increments) Car Allowance: £300 / month If you would like to work for this front running company, then please contact me asap.
