| Grounded Sandwich Bars, is coming to the Jeanery, Boucher Road, Belfast in Aug 08 and are currently recruiting for a number of key staff roles. The Company's Concept? - Great Sandwiches and a Great atmosphere fused to make this venue eternally pleasurable! The staff of Grounded are a dedicated team of individuals who collectively have a high degree of retail and management experience. Each has a keen eye for the development of the brand and each are encouraged to contribute to the growth and success of Grounded. They are equipped with the best training available anywhere in Ireland and strive to ensure that staff develop as Grounded develops!! THE ROLE FLOOR STAFF - FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE Purpose: to contribute to the success of Grounded Sandwich Bars by providing high quality service to all customers. Accountabilities: Providing customers with prompt service, quality sandwiches and beverages, friendly and sociable customer experience and a clean and comfortable environment. Main duties: * to carry out the task of preparing for the days work * taking customer orders and serving * welcoming, thanking and aiding customers in their product selection * ensuring premises are 'Customer Ready'; clean, tidy, presentable, newspapers, special boards updated * anticipate customer needs by evaluating customers foe queues * follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products * keeping all floors, counters and restrooms clean and organised * clearing of used items, washing of used items * maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality * stocking and refilling any empty containers, refrigerator's, dispensers, and or display cases * being knowledgeable on all products on offer at Grounded Sandwich Bars * Answering telephone, taking orders from customers and processing order ready for collection * processing cash transactions * hand over to be completed to next shift |
