O&B Recruitment part of the O'Neill & Brennan Group are currently hiring for a Business Partner for our award winning client based in North Limerick. This role reports into the Learning & Development (L&D) Team Leader.

As a Learning and Development Business Partner you will work with the business to identify key L&D requirements, develop a host of training interventions to deliver on those needs and evaluate the effectiveness of those interventions through key business metrics. Your primary remit is to develop our client's employees to achieve their personal best while meeting and exceeding business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Conduct both high level and detailed needs analysis on L&D requirements to support the future business strategy, taking into account existing and future changes and needs
•Devise appropriate learning interventions to deliver on the business need. This could be delivered through a host of mediums including facilitatory style forums, virtual classrooms, e learning or face to face learning programmes
•Advise and support management on the best placed intervention to drive a high performance culture
•Manage the integration process of new hires to ensure optimal induction into our client's organisation
•Ensure all employees have the right skill set to deliver on converged service strategies
•Deploy the most efficient learning interventions to ensure that all employees have depth of knowledge in an array of products and services
•Instill a culture that converts our customers to fans
•Drive the skill set required for a direct fulfilment environment, moving from providing service to providing higher value service and sales
•Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training solutions implemented across the business.
•Evaluate existing training courses and materials and make continuous improvements and alterations to same.
•Measure the impact of learning interventions on key business metrics
•Liaise with external training providers where needed on subject content, delivery and SLA's to suit business need.
•Continuously investigate new techniques and methodologies and make recommendations to the business to help us deliver on our people strategy.
•Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure employees receive the highest quality of learning
•Take ownership for specific L& D projects seeing them through to completion.
•Establish and progress forward the centres of excellence structure, where relevant
•Work with the points of contact to ensure training is delivered to the highest quality and efficiency

Skills:

•Proven effective facilitation skills
•Strong influencing skills with the ability to influence at all levels
•Great presentation skills that can be adapted for video/virtual classroom or face to face training programmes
•Ability to communicate easily at all levels of the organisation
•Ability to own and drive projects through to completion
•Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving

Requirements:

•Ideally degree or diploma qualified with CIPD or IITD membership
•3-4 years experience in design and delivery of training programmes
•Experience of carrying out TNA & implementing solutions to match requirements
•Previous experience in a designing and delivering training in a high performance or sales environment
•Previous experience in taking subject content from multiple sources or products and developing training programmes
•Proven experience of delivering high quality training courses in multiple formats
•Learning Management system knowledge preferred
