| JOB TITLE: Web Developer - PHP SALARY: 30-33k LOCATION: Gloucester THE COMPANY Our client are a leading ISP/Hosting company, providing services to the SME and Corporate market place. As part of ongoing expansion they need an experienced PHP developer t join the team. YOU To be suitable for this position you must be a very experienced PHP developer, with a particular emphasis on user interface design. You will have developed highly complex websites, which are cross-browser compatible and adhere to W3C accessibility guidelines. Your technical skills include XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Photoshop to advanced level. Additional skills in ASP.NET, SQL Server and AJAX are a distinct advantage. As part of the application process you need to include a portfolio of websites you have developed, and these will be examined to ensure they comply with standards, accessability guidelines etc. THE ROLE Joining the User Interface team, you will develop intuitive online interfaces for all the new products and services, including complex control panels for configuring the hosting services, as well as more traditional interfaces for new customer signups etc. This tightly-knit team are exceptionally gifted in developing perfect and easy to understand user interfaces, and it is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside people at the top of their game. |
