| TITLE: Senior Design Engineer - M & E LOCATION: Chessington, Surrey. SALARY:£40-£48K Plus Car or Allowance and Package. The Company: Our client is a leading Building Services national company employing over 500 dedicated staff across the UK. Since their formation, they have grown and gone from strength to strength becoming a leading contractor in the M&E field. They have an impressive client list across Retail, Commercial, Finance and Education. Undoubtedly dynamic, progressive and very ambitious. The Person: We are looking for extensive design experience in M&E, with a mechanical bias. Very, very experience with the ability to carry out site surveys and inspections on both design & build and existing buildings. AutoCad skills essential. The Role: Under the direction of the Manager the successful candidate will join a team of 30 on the Mechanical side. The role will involve designing mechanical services across Retail, Commercial, Finance and Education around the M25. Additionally to carry site surveys, site inspections and to analyse consultancy drawings. When required advise on the drawing errors and put them right. |
