This role is not for the faint hearted, although the title is for Trainee Recruitment Consultant it is very much a development role with opportunity for progression. Responsibilities - Development of your own specialist market. - Proactive generation of vacancies by phone and e-mail canvassing. - Management of the recruitment process from start to finish. - Candidate generation. Applicant Criteria - No previous recruitment experience is required; we provide tailored training and development to ensure you succeed as a high earning consultant. - Ideally 1 years experience as a sales person in any environment. - Outgoing, friendly, focussed and hard working. - Sensible with clear life goals: and career minded and completely success motivated - The ability to be self critical. - Ability to demonstrate achievement beyond your peer group.
