An opening has become available for an entry level support person to support internal and external CDG systems users. · Responsible for providing customers with a local, professional, knowledgeable point of contact to which they can report issues impacting production. · Troubleshoot customer issues, replicate and escalate issues where appropriate Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they are team players capable of providing first class customer service and are capable of managing their own workload. Candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly sought after. The ability to pay close attention to detail with proficiency with outlook and MS products is essential for this role. |
