| Trainee Recruitment- Graduate Recruitment/ Recruitment Consultants-London Graduates required for an award winning Recruitment Company. Sales experience is beneficial but not essential. As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for your own sector of niche recruitment. You will be building up your own relationships with Clients and Candidates to secure future recruitment business. This means that you will be running your own recruitment sector of the business and in control of your own recruitment career. All of the directors within the company did start as Trainee Recruitment Consultants and have been promoted internally. This means that new trainee consultants have unlimited progression and can be promoted extremely quickly. They believe in rewarding your success. They give a basic salary and an uncapped commission where the average 1st year earnings are 35k, but the top rookie from 2007 earned 107k. Each of the trainee recruitment consultants are given 3 5*holiday targets per year, including Ski-ing, Ibiza and Las Vegas. They also offer an excellent range of company cars and monthly incentives.
