| A blue-chip organisation is looking for a Procurement Manager for their Hampshire location. Managing the procurement, development and acceptance of a group of Elements ensuring delivery to schedule/ cost, fulfilling performance and quality requirements. Main responsibilities will include reporting to the Project Manager as the Work Area Manager as part of the company management process, monitoring and reporting the progress of work and identifying problems, managing subcontractor negotiations and ensuring that all deliverable documentation from subcontractors is adequately reviewed, accepted and signed off by all necessary staff. Other duties will include, maintaining metrics related to the execution of the subcontracts (cost, schedule, quality), providing post delivery support as requested by programmes & projects and supporting the Risk and Lessons Learnt process. Candidates must have direct and significant experience of procurement and project management and good experience of procurement in software systems.
