Temp Receptionist / Administrator Our client is one of the largest and most professional administered groups of Healthcare Centres in Ireland. Role To administer all aspects of administration and provide secretarial support. To answer the telephone and receive visitors cordially. Answering queries and providing information to staff, residents and their families when required Responsibilities • Updating residents database with admissions, discharges and personal information • Updating staff database with hours, holidays and training • Making and recording bank lodgement • Making sundry cheque payments and sending supplier invoices to Head Office • Dealing with Health Boards on various issues • Maintaining the petty cash account and clients account • Collating staff timesheets, recording hours and holidays and dealing with the Wages Department • Handling and issuing employee payslips • Maintaining stationery supplies and placing purchase orders • Producing timely reports and information to Head Office • To act as secretary and receptionist for the Nursing Home • Perform general duties when requested Remuneration €28-30k For a confidential discussion on this role and other opportunities, please contact Lorraine Keyes at 01 640 1965 or e-mail Lorraine directly.
