| Our client is a market leading contractor. They are seeking an M&E Planning Manager / Building Services Planning Manager to head their existing London and South East team. They are working on the most prestigious projects and have recently gained a high volume of repeat business. The successful candidate will be working from their Kent office and will be responsible for projects in the London and South East area. They are seeking a Planning Manager with a good track record in the building services sector. They require a strong communicator with a good understanding of the engineering process together with a proven managerial background. The following skills are required by our client: - Planning Manager experience - Building services / M&E background - Strong communication skills - 5-10 years planning experience (candidates with less will also be considered) Our client understands the value that a manager of this kind will bring to their business, they are willing to offer the following competitive salary: - £50,000 - £70,000 per annum - Car/car allowance - Health - Pension - Bonus If you are interested in this role, then please apply immediately.
