| Tender Planner / Planning Engineer My client, a diverse major contractor with offices UK-wide, currently seeks a Tender Planner (Planning Engineer) to be based from their Central London office. Established for well over a decade, my client has divisions in rail, construction (residential, PFI, commercial) and defence. Due to recent project wins and team growth, my client requires a Tender Planner work on various building-related projects across the Capital. Projects generally include large scale residential developments, commercial, retail and industrial new build and refurbishment projects. Ideally you will have significant construction planning experience, including previously having worked on tender projects. Proficiency with planning software is also a must, whilst the successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be a strong team-player.
