| Project Planner / Construction Planner My client is one of the UK's fastest growing construction companies, experienced in all aspects of the planning, design and construction processes of new build, refurbishment, fit-out and RC Frames. Operating as both a contractor and sub-contractor, my client have been involved in some of the most prestigious building projects undertaken in the last decade, including major stadiums, landmarks and residential/commercial developments. The Role: Due to excellent business practices, my client is looking to expand it's project planning team and is currently seeking a planner to work on various building projects in Central London. These tend to be prestigious new build projects, worth anything from £20m to £200m each. You will be responsible for creating detailed project plans using either PowerProject or Primavera P3 software, monitoring/updating progress and weekly/monthly reporting. Ideally, applicants must have the following: - Significant experience of planning on construction/civils projects. - Any experience of RC frame/concrete projects would be advantageous although not essential. - Competent use of planning software. - Possess good communication and team-working skills. - Eligible to work in the UK. In return, my client will offer a market-leading salary of up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience and a competitive benefits package.
