| This is a new role to join a national engineering company based in the Bermondsey site. Technical skills are paramount from a lift engineering background. As you will be the service manager previous management is required and to have worked with a team from 10 upwards. All aspects of lift engineering will be covered in this role as you will be working directly with the Field manager providing a complete service to your clients from repairs, call back, maintenance, problem solving, offering solutions, team building, ability to bring out the best in your team, communication skills and support to any questions from clients to loosley cross selling.The bermondsey site is different to the other sites in that they work with the london Undergrounds Metro Division so learning will be on going as all lifts are bespoke. NVQ3, NVQ4 coupled with the exoperiences in this area will be a winning ticket however the NVQ is not essential as long as you have the skills, worked in this field, lift engineer, management and communciation skills.Interviews will be in the next 2 weeks, clean driving license required.
