WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a talented & enthusiastic Assistant General Manager for our exciting restaurant concept in Nottingham.Leading a team of staff with their supervision, training, motivation, development and labour scheduling. Ensuring that the customer receives a high quality of service. Effectively and efficiently deal with customer complaints. Control and monitoring of all food stock, ensuring minimum wastage. Money taken, ensure that it is correctly accounted for and any financial discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
