| Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor - Station and Property Refurbishments A leading Main Contractor seeks to employ 4 new Intermediate to Project Quantity Surveyors to join its growing London team. Location: Central London Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000 Car allowance Private Health 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays Contributory pension scheme The Client: The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will join an instantly recognisable Main Contractor that is known for both its professional and successful completion of construction projects, and its low turnover of staff. Joining a company that has a turnover in excess of £1billion per year, you will take on the Quantity Surveying role to be based in Central London. You will be working on a mixture of Refurbishments and New Builds of Stations and properties. These projects are typically worth between £5m - £50m, with a Kings Cross station contract having just been won worth £60m that is expected to last for 3 years. Requirements: 4-5 years Quantity Surveying experience Ideally degree qualified but not essential Construction background Ref: PL1-11905 Synopsis: This is the ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected Contractor and be given the opportunity to develop and structure their career.
