Providing the best service and team development any individual can provide, you will make it a fun and exciting place to work, and be confident in managing a busy and fast paced venue, ensuring that the highest standards of customer care are provided. The Kitchen menu is designed so you can eat to suit your mood or occasion and the bar drinks menu has a wide range to suit all tastes. The focus is on sourcing the best quality ingredients, preparing them simply and delivering bags of flavour and texture on a plate. There is nothing frilly or fancy. All food is prepared to order in an open plan kitchen. Who we're looking for: If you want to be part of a dynamic and hardworking team, then this job is for you. You will have the ability to give a fresh outlook along with excellent customer service skills. Ideally you should have experience within a high volume bar or restaurant environment. A positive can do attitude and experience dealing with customers, and a strong food knowledge. You will be front of house focused and also have knowledge of the financial aspects of the business. Knowledge of cocktails would be advantageous. Ideally you'll have Deputy Management experience within a style bar environment. Your focus will be on developing your team and service standards.
