| Commercial Manager / M&E Commercial Manager - Multi million pound project My client is looking for a Commercial Manager with M&E and Construction experience. The Commercial Manager will work on unique data centre projects. Location: Berkshire Remuneration: Up to £70,000 per annum - based on Commercial Manager experience Full benefits package including: Company car or Car allowance Bonus The Client: My Client is one of the UK's leading M&E contractors. They have been established as a group for over 190 years and have developed themselves to be the first choice for advanced M&E solutions. The Opportunity: The successful Commercial Manager will be responsible for all duties on a joint building and M&E projects. As the Commercial Manager you will join a highly successful team who are responsible for the construction of data-centres for blue chip clients; these are high value projects with values between £25 and £120 million. The successful Commercial Manager / M&E Commercial Manager will be controlling a portfolio of around three projects at a time, using the JCT contract. Synopsis: This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager / M&E Commercial Manager to work as a main contractor and expand their experience in the building sector.
