The Responsibilities This role will face and serve domestic and international clients. The responsibilities of the Reward MI Analyst include but are not limited to the following: Accurate analysis of data to allow management to make informed decisions Management of Reward related data to ensure maximum effectiveness across the organisation Review & evaluate reward policy including the impact on the business Manage salary and compensation review, providing accurate analysis of data Producing Reward related reports for direct and indirect clients The Professional The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in compensation and benefits or reward or remuneration within a data management or management information-facing role. You will ideally have experience of working within the consulting market, you will have a passion for analytical processes as this is a highly analytical role and requires a great attention to detail.
