This strategic and operational management role, with ownership over the HRIS team and all relating projects, will help to define the future landscape and impact of the HRIS function across the business. The Responsibilities Reporting directly to the HR Director with responsibility of the HR Systems Advisor and the HR MI Advisor, you will lead the long awaited and anticipated process of developing the functionality of the organisations Oracle HR System. Following heavy investment into the function, the organisation requires a professional to drive change initiatives in order to ensure the organisation is receiving the maximum benefit from the system. Working with and as part of the senior management team, you will play a key role in the decision making process for all future deployment and exploitation of the HR System and MI function. You will also manage key internal and external relationships. You will take ownership of all relating systems including Payroll, Reward, Intranet and e-recruitment, managing any improvement or development processes. The Professional The organisation is seeking to recruit an experienced HRIS professional with preferable working experience of Oracle HR, although experience of any other HR system is welcomed. You will be a well-rounded HR technology leader with experience in driving the function and any HRIS related change initiatives, you will have both strategic and operational experience. You will have experience of supplier management and will be able to work closely with executive level professionals and departmental heads. You will enjoy an excellent blend of senior responsibilities with the opportunity to make key strategic decisions.
