The HR MI Business Analyst will act as a high impact professional to the organisation. The Responsibilities Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner and acting as a stand alone professional, you will be responsible for working across the organisation using Management Information in your pursuit to improve business processes across the organisation. This position is critical to organisational decision-making, you will work with senior management and play an integral role in business direction with your analytical support. Analysing large volumes of data and working through KPI’s you will produce ‘user friendly’ data, identifying business risk and trends you will support the organisation with strategy to address areas of concern. Playing an important role in areas such as budget planning and forecasting, the improvement processes you look at will be imperative to future implementation and upgrade processes. You will also be required to work with end users, line management and executive level professionals in the timely and accurate production of regular and ad hoc reporting The Professional The successful candidate will be an experienced HR MI professional with the level of experience to use HR Data to suggest business improvement. You will have a certain level of understanding of business analysis and be capable to work with large volumes of HR data. As this role will have responsibility with senior level professionals, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with varying levels of professionals. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will be a strong team player with a desire to work as a specialist within a fast moving commercial organisation.
