Assistant Manager Sligo

Our client currently seeks to employ and assistant store manager for their busy supermarket in Sligo.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with store operation.

You will be responsible for:-

• Consistently achieve and excel Sales Targets
• Sales Team Management and Training
• Achieve applied Cost structure
• Stockloss prevention
• Responsible for department's layouts and merchandising standards
• Control of Stock levels
• Store Hygiene
• Forecast, order, stock and merchandise product
• Ensure prompt reconciliation of store operations paperwork
• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Leaving certificate or equivalent required
• 2+ years experience as a grocery retail manager
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
• Strong man management skills

Salary €30-35k.
