| Reporting to the Senior Process Re-engineering manager this position is pivotal in the design of new finance processes within a leading major financial client. This Process Design team have been in place for over 1 year, with a strong team of 11 staff and are instrumental in the Group's strategic Finance transformation programme. The role will involve looking at current processes within finance and process mapping. This is an ideal opportunity to lead and motivate a design team through the influencing and managing of senior managers in this transformation programme. Key Requirements of role Define and deliver end to end processes aligned to the finance reporting systems. Design end to end solutions in collaboration with main stakeholders. Deliver major financial process re-engineering and process improvement across all the Finance Divisions. Provide input to business strategy and manage research and analysis to determine and quantify solution options. Experience •A strong finance and accountancy background within a large multi-faceted company •Awareness of and experience in Continuous improvement •Financial service experience •Experience of leading cross – divisional and cross – functional projects to re-engineer finance processes •Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate at all levels across the business Technical Requirements of role. •Awareness of Lean, Six Sigma and Igraphics would be beneficial •Experience in the use of a range of Data and Process Analysis tools (for example Minitab) •Proficiency in desktop tools including PowerPoint, Vision and Microsoft Project. As a senior manager in the business this role will lead to significant opportunities to influence this critical transformation programme, leading a highly motivated design team.
