| This role ideally suits a person with extensive Programme Office experience and in essence will be part of a team of 4 who are responsible for policing the various projects that are running to regulatory standards. Key Requirements of role You will Provide guidance and support to the Programme manager in terms of governance, standards, budgetary control Establish and maintain relevant governance and control workstreams ensuring process compliance Quality assure, ensure maintenance & control of Programme plans and ensure that the programme and workstream reports are processed accurately and on time to agreed standards. Be able to challenge , track and report programme Risks , Issues and Dependancies Provide weekly/monthly reports in accordance with regulatory requirements. Key skill requirements include You will have to have extensive Programme Office experience being able to work with a small team of 4. Ability to communicate at varying levels across the busines, you will need exceptional oral and written skills. A proactive approach to sourcing information by being able to establish and build effective working relationships ( including Senior level ) and be able to gather relevant information and subjectively challenge / review. .Financial services experience would be an advantage.
