| Bilingual Customer Service Advisor Manchester £12,500 City Centre Manchester Italian with Fluent English Responsibilities :a) Answering a wide variety of incoming customer enquiries, including questions about our products & services, account management and billing, renewals and cancellations, etc, via email, telephone. b) Query diagnosis and resolution across all aspects of the customer experience. c) Liaison with relevant departments to answer customer queries, resolve issues & provide feedback to help improve products and services. Essential Skills/Experience: a) Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in a similar role. b) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with Fluency in English & Italian c) Good IT skills - the role involves using a variety of software applications, from industry-standard email packages d) Ability to rapidly diagnose customer problems. e) Internet and computer know-how Desirable Skills/Experience: a) Experience of working within the Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG Arena b) Uncompromising honesty & a good sense of humour.
