| Spanish Speaking Reservation Agent Manchester £12,500 + OTE Rapid growth has created the need for new members of the Reservations team based in Manchester City Centre. These varying language roles will be instrumental to the continued growth of the company within the Travel & Leisure market. We offer a very competitive salary with excellent bonus and commission rates; based on monthly bookings and incentives. They offer a 2 week comprehensive training course giving each individual a chance to learn about the car hire industry, sales techniques, the use of our in-house reservations system and much more As a rapid growth continues there will be excellent opportunities for future development and progression within the company. Duties and Responsibilities The Reservation Agents Role: - To take inbound calls in a designated language offering the customer the best possible level of service and commitment within the car hire industry. - Make car reservations throughout the world. - To ensure that every customer is dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
