| Badenoch & Clark are recruiting on behalf of a leading research organisation based in Swindon. The organisation are very dynamic and forward thinking, and looking for similar candidates to join their highly successful business. They currently have a need for two Purchase Ledger Clerks to join their business on a permanent basis. A competitive salary and market leading benefits are on offer with this post. Duties will include: •Matching invoices to purchase orders, resolving queries with suppliers & business units •Processing invoices without purchase orders; ensuring correct level of authorisation has been obtained. •Payment of 3rd Party Supplier invoices within agreed payment terms •Chasing outstanding credit notes - keeping supplier debit balances to a minimum •Processing & preparation of foreign payments, ensuring correct bank details have been received. •Processing and reimbursement of personal expense payments i.e. travel expenses.
