An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Commercial Manager or experienced Quantity Surveyor to take up the role of Associate Director/Director of a newly opened office in Cork.

This exciting opportunity now exists for one of the largest Project Management & PQS consultancies in the country, due to continued success in tendering for major projects throughout the country they are looking to expand their operation to Cork to get a local presence in the area.

For the role the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office is run successfully and profitably, you will be responsible for the overall business development, and expanding their client base while maintaining their excellent reputation. You will liaise with cost managers and directors to ensure the running of a successful office.

We are looking to hear from suitably qualified candidates that have a wealth of experience in a consultancy environment within the Irish/UK market. You will ideally have a few years experience in a similar directorship role but not essential. You will have excellent management ability with the ability to run a new but what will be a busy office based in Cork City.

The salary on offer for the role will depend on experience but an annual salary of approx €100k plus an attractive bonus structure and benefits package.
