ASSISTANT CUSTODY MANAGER Company Profile Our client, a pre-eminent fund administration company, is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager within the expanding Custody function of their Dublin city centre based offices. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations as well as advising and assisting staff in performing the running of the various desks. You will also be responsible for allocating and coordinating workflow as well as assisting senior management in the development of policies, procedures and strategy, with the expectation of advancement and greater responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: • Ensuring timely resolution of errors and problems related to all transactions • Coordinating responses to inquiries to assure items are researched, corrected and responded to in accordance with department guidelines • Ensuring all business objectives, deadlines and quality control measures are met Experience You will have at least 4 years funds experience, preferably within Global Custody Operations, as well as strong leadership and client service experience. You will have proven ability in planning and executing long-term objectives and experience on SunGard Global Plus product a plus. Education Bachelors degree in a business, finance or accountancy related discipline is desirable. Salary Excellent salary and benefits depending on experience.
