| A busy and friendly support charity in Central Edinburgh requires an experienced administrator to assist in the ongoing development of its support service. This role will be for at least 3 months, with the potential to gain an extension after this period. The role will be very ‘people-orientated' and as a result you will have to possess well-rounded and confident interpersonal skills. The specific duties involved in the role will centre around: -Managing support worker diaries and organising client visits across North Edinburgh for them -Liaising with supported living clients upon a various needs and gaining appropriate support for them via internal resources -Managing office administration duties such faxing, filling, document compilation and spreadsheet management -Organising and co-ordinating schedules on a weekly basis As a result of the duties, you must have strong IT and customer service skills, shall be confident to ‘take-your-time' with both staff and clients, and will have to be able to be co-ordinate people and resources in a pro-active manner. In terms of your CV you should have strong administration employment experience, a substantial amount of Office IT working experience, and an understanding of care/support organisations.
