| My client, a large service company, due to continually exceeding expectations is looking to recruit an MI Analyst. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Production, collation and distribution of all internal and external management information/statistical reporting POSITION IN ORGANISATION Reports to MI Manager SCOPE OF JOB Development of ad hoc reports Prepare and maintain Performance reports Account enquiries Production and development of client reporting suite Production and development of internal reporting suite Data formatting and data trail/audit diagnostics Clients exception reporting Production and analysis of month end statistics Utilise client encryption software utilities Produce and maintain own role, work instructions and MI Processes Creating, producing and maintaining management information reports for internal and external clients Assisting with the maintenance and production of data warehouses QUALIFICATION Qualified to A Level standard (minimum) ESSENTIAL SKILLS Excellent computer literacy Proven competence with Microsoft Excel and Access Crystal Reports/Business Objects experience Experience of reporting from database systems an advantage DESIRABLE SKILLS Call centre experience Knowledge of relational databases Experience of data extraction and manipulation would be an advantage If you feel you have what it takes, and are looking for a new opportunity, contact Darren Tickle at d2 recruitment for an exploratory discussion on 01257 471 400, or forward a current CV detailing recent achievements to darren.tickle@d2recruitment.co.uk |
